Hot and sunny here in Alameda as I am trying to get my head around the task of writing some DTDs for a little project I’m working on. With my laptop’s hinge broken, this pretty much rules out taking the laptop anywhere to work on this in a more pleasant, out-door type environment, so I’m stuck in here where it is just plain hot – even with all the windows open.

Seriously tempted to buy a nice new 15″ Apple PowerBook, but they’re really just too expensive 🙁

Maybe I could write it off as a business expense though 😉
