Landscaping out front is done. We have plants, grass and our tree, although the latter looks a little sorry for itself at the moment. Still seems to be lots to be done though before it is ready for us.
It is also getting harder to get photos now without things blocking the view. Lots of activity in the street, both from the builders on our side, and folks moving in and getting work done opposite.
and you take possession when, mate?

Assuming you have taken ownership, some of us net-worthy Bayportians would love to finally meet you … hope you plan on attending the HOA meeting on January 10th… 🙂
I think the place looks awesome!
Hi,
I will be your new neighbor in Bayport. My husband and I just bought a house in the neighborhood and will be moving from San Francisco. I saw your complaints about the HOA…and I read all of the very long HOA notes and dos and don’ts …so I have to ask do you really have to ask the HOA if you can plant flowers and landscape your own yard? I have never heard of such a thing but my husband says that they would actually fine me if they didn’t like my flowers or something, do you really need their permission and practically a permit to plant in your own front yard? Thank you for your insight, neighbor.
We are so excited about our first home in Bayport.
Thanks,
Allison
